1. Scope
This policy covers the Adarsh Yadav website, run by Adarsh Yadav as an independent solo developer rather than an incorporated company. Products listed under Apps each have their own privacy policy covering how that product handles data — this page does not replace them.
This is a personal portfolio site. It has no user accounts, no advertising network, no third-party trackers and no data sold to anyone.
2. What is collected

3. What is not collected
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- No fingerprinting or behavioural profiling.
- No data brokers, no data sales, no data sharing for marketing.
- No account system, so no passwords or credentials are stored.
5. Voice assistant
The site offers an optional voice call with an AI assistant. Nothing happens until you press Start call: only then does your browser ask for microphone access, and the microphone stays open only for as long as the call does. Ending the call or closing the panel releases it.
The call is run by Deepgram. Your speech is streamed to Deepgram, transcribed, answered by a language model and spoken back. Every call opts out of Deepgram's model-improvement programme, which means Deepgram keeps the audio and transcript only for as long as it takes to process the call — nothing is stored afterwards and nothing is used to train its models. Nothing from a call is stored on this site either.
- The assistant only knows what is published on this site. It is not a person, and it cannot make commitments on my behalf.
- It is instructed not to ask for personal details. Please do not share personal, medical or financial information on a call — it does not need any of it.
- Calls are capped at 3 minutes and end after 30 seconds of silence or when the page is left in the background.
If you would rather not use it, nothing on the site depends on it — everything the assistant can answer is also on the page it refers to, or a message to support@adarshyadav.com away.

7. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of anything held about you, and you can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message. Email support@adarshyadav.com and it will be handled within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, submissions are validated and rate-limited server-side, and no sensitive data is stored on this site at all.
9. Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and no data is knowingly collected from them.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page is updated. Material changes will also be noted on the site.
