Report a Bug

Something broken, erroring or behaving differently to how it is documented. Bug reports are triaged the same day they arrive.

What to include

  • Which app and, if relevant, the version or build number
  • What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
  • Whether it happens every time or only sometimes
  • Screenshots, a screen recording, or any error message text
  • Your device, OS and browser if it is a web issue

Missing something that would make an app genuinely more useful? Requests feed directly into the roadmap for each product.

What to include

  • The problem you are trying to solve, not just the feature you imagined
  • How you work around it today and what that costs you
  • How often you would use it — daily, weekly, occasionally
  • Whether it blocks you or is a nice-to-have

What to include

  • The email address on the account
  • Where you subscribed — App Store, Google Play or the web
  • The invoice number or approximate charge date
  • Whether you want to upgrade, downgrade, pause or cancel
  • For a refund request, a sentence on what went wrong
